5. Flows outside the European Union

When using Google's services, data is transferred outside the European Union to the United States, in particular for audience measurement (IP address, unique identifier and navigation information) and personalized advertising. The United States does not provide an equivalent level of data protection to that applied at the European level. We have a contract with Google's Irish entity and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses have been signed to govern data transfers. Additional safeguards are in place to ensure that the data transferred is protected.

Please note that if you do not want your data to be transferred to the United States, we recommend that you do not accept Google Analytics cookies or Google advertising cookies in the cookies module.

In the context of the use of the Facebook pixel, personal data (see paragraph 3.3 above) concerning events or actions that you carry out on the site for the purposes of personalization, optimization and measurement of our advertisements on Facebook so that they are distributed to the people most likely to be interested, are processed. This data is transferred outside the European Union to the United States, a country that does not provide the same level of data protection as the European Union.

The European Commission's standard contractual clauses have been signed to govern data transfers, particularly to the importer in the United States, and additional guarantees have been taken to ensure that the transferred data is protected.

Please note that if you do not want your data to be transferred to the United States, we recommend that you do not accept cookies and Facebook Pixel in the cookie module.
